Context¶
The questionnaire is where the audience is won or lost. Between the click that starts a quiz and the result that pays it off sit 50 to 100 questions, and nothing about the product works if people stop halfway.
Four levers carry that:
- What a question costs to answer - the answer model and the phases a quiz is broken into.
- What the taker is told about their progress - see progress and pacing.
- What they get before the end - checkpoints, the payoff the gamification bet depends on.
- How it closes - results saving and marketing, the last card before the result.
